Results and products of the project will be available to the beneficiaries and to the stakeholders. The project will be promoted at local and European level through a shared dissemination strategy.

In the last three months of the project in each partner country will be organized:

  • A Job fair: to foster the encounter among future employees and employers/companies and to facilitate access to work and support the job insertion of beneficiaries. Each Job fair foresees the participation of 50 beneficiaries and 15 companies
  • An Open Space Technology (OST) event: with the aim of brainstorming on how the activities, methodologies and networks developed at the Guidance Desks can be further improved and made sustainable. The event will involve beneficiaries, employers and companies, Guidance Desk staff and trainers, public authorities, employment agencies, training agencies, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders and it will be based on the OST approach
  • At the end of the project a Final Conference will be organized to present and to discuss the results and outcomes of the project and to enhance its sustainability.
