3rd project meeting – 26-27 April 2018 – Glasgow

The third project meeting was held on 26-27 April in Glsgow. Partner organisation Bridges Programme hosted the meeting.


Project coordinator introduced the meeting giving an overview of the state of art of the project, its results and impact produced through the first year of activity.

Each partner presented quantitaive and qualitative data concerning the implementation of WP2: Guidance Desk beneficiaries and activities carried out, Job Active Search Seminars and European Active Citizenship Workshop.

The results are very good and all the partnership will probably overcome the indicators foreseen in the project.

Project manager of Jugen Am Werk, WP3 leading partner, illustrated the Vocational Training Methodology document and gave details about the approach, tools and methodologies to be used for the implementation of the foreseen activities: Vocational training courses, Job Shadowing Activities and Start Up Workshops.

During the two days meeting partnership discussed and planned the last semester activities:

  • continuation of Guidance Desk activities, Workshops and Seminars
  • implementation of WP3 activities in each country
  • contents and draft structure of main promotion and dissemination events: Job Fairs and OST events
  • final conference and final meeting organisation
  • financial and quality management

At the end of the meeting a project manager/coordinator for each partner participated to the Steering Committee meeting for general coordination and monitoring of the project process.

 

 

2nd project meeting | Thessaloniki – 7-8 September 2017

The second project meeting was held on 7-8 September in Thessaloniki. Partner organisation ARSIS hosted the meeting.

After an overview of the main products and results achieved during the first semester of the project, the partnership planned the activities to be implemented.

Bridges Programme, as leader of the Work Package 2, presented the lesson plan structure and methodology that will be adopted for the Active Job Search Seminars (activity 2.3) and the European Active Citizenship Workshops (activity 2.3).

A great work has been carried by the WP2 leader in collecting best practices, tools and methodologies already used by the partners and in defining clear and detailed lesson plans for both the activities.

In order to define the tasks and deadlines for the next semester partners discussed about:

  • the general and financial management of the project (Work Package 0)
  • the quality management and the evaluation products elaborated by the External Evaluator (Evaluation Strategy Document and Evaluation of Training of Guidance Desk Personnel)
  • the planning of the activities foreseen by WP2 in each country
  • the guidelines for the development of the document foreseen by WP3:
  • the promotion and dissemination activities (Work Package 4)

At the end of the meeting a project manager/coordinator for each partner participated to the Steering Committee meeting for general coordination and monitoring of the project process.

 

 

Kick off meeting | Florence – 23-24 January 2017

The official start date of the EU-ROADMAP project was January 1st , 2017. The kick off meeting was held on 23-24 January 2017 in Florence.

All the partners participated actively to the definition of the project implementation through the planning of the main tasks and deadlines for the activities of each Work Package.

After a presentation of the meeting participants and a discussion about the main objectives and expected results, partners provided a presentation and an overview of their relevant projects in the field, since one of the main objective of the EU-ROADMAP project consists in sharing the best practices in terms of guidance and job integration of migrants and refugees.

During the two days meeting partners agreed on:

  • the main tasks and deadlines for the general management and coordination of the project (Work Package 0)
  • the planning of the dates of the Training of the Guidance Desk Personnel, one of the main activities within the Work Package 1 (Start up of the EU-ROADMAP Guidance Desk)
  • the organization of the Guidance Desk and in particular the planning of the structure, the contents and the tools that will be used
  • the planning ot the main activities for the implementation of the Work Package 2 and Work Package 3 that will be lead by Bridges Programme and Jugend Am Werk, respectively.
  • the promotion and dissemination activities (Work Package 4)

The partners decided to establish a Steering Committee, that consists of all the project managers and it is chiared by the coordinator. The committee will meet at the end of each project meeting for general coordination and monitoring of the project process.

The next project meeting will be held on 7- 8th September 2017 in Thessaloniki.
